• We'll start with a business audit (sales and tech audit). This is a special business self-assessment form that we'll use to guide our analysis and planning. It will be good to know where you are in the sales process and where your sales tech stack is
• We'll have monthly Google Meet calls (more if you choose) to discuss your business growth, strategies, and tactics.
• You'll have email access throughout the month, Google Share Drive access, and Slack Channel Communication.
• We'll maintain monthly business reports to track progress.

Together, we'll work to accomplish a few items:

• Help you identify your ideal customer profile (ICP) to attract the right clients
• Build your sales pipeline (Lead Generation, social selling, current client management, referrals, etc.) and look at current gaps that need improving)
• Develop short and long-term tactical and strategic goals to build an infrastructure for you to win business.
